Hello and welcome to HCM,
The urine pregnancy test (UPT) comes out to be positive 10-14 days after conception.
Thus, the UPT may be repeated between 10-14 days post conception.
The symptoms described by you - nausea, headache, bloating are non-specific and are not characteristic of pregnancy.
Increased frequency of urination suggests urinary tract infection (UTI) and thus a routine urine test should be carried out to look for evidence of infection.
The symptoms described by you - nausea, dizziness, bloating, tingling could be due to pre-menstrual syndrome.
Pre-menstrual syndrome occurs few hours or few days before onset of menstruation and it occurs under the influence of progesterone hormone released during pre-menstrual phase.

Thanks and take care
